Whilst the world as we know it is changing and life is uncertain stress will pursue.  Let’s stay as strong and positive as we can for our clients. Here are 3 ways to entice clients to the safe haven of your spa.

1. Explain Sanitation Steps.

Many of you have already posted your sanitation procedures on social media. This is a great idea. Clients need reassurance that you and your business are a safe place to be. Explain to them via text, email or direct mail as well as social media all of the steps you take between clients to clean your space, equipment, laundry, etc.

2. Show Appreciation and Gratitude.

Reward your clients for remaining loyal and supporting you by providing a complimentary Stress Reducing Scalp Massage or any touch therapy you know to each treatment. We need to calm and connect to our clients and massage is known for its influence on well-being, contentment and stress reduction. A great scalp massage requires no cost of product and can help to calm an over active mind.

3. Diffuse Essential Oils.

Essential oils possess a multitude of properties including anti-microbial. Add 2 drops of tea tree, eucalyptus, thyme, cinnamon and lemon to an ultrasonic diffuser in each room of your business. These oils are known to have anti-viral properties and inhaling essential oils are absorbed faster than application to the skin.
